Ok, so I have gone through my photos from Day 1, and added a comparison from today. I have attached this as a document. I am quite shocked at the comparison! 1) because I think it shows a huge difference, and 2) because I really was completely and utterly flat before! argh.
I was thinking more about how I used to take my measurements, and I always made sure that the tape was reasonably loose around my breasts. I had read that you weren't meant to hold it tight, but I think I may have taken it a little far. The measuring tape never fell off but it was rather loose. Now how I measure, is I do it in front of the mirror. I put the tape around my back and make sure it doesn't ride up or down, so its straight from my back to my breasts. I then make sure it isn't squeezing my breasts at all, but that it sits perfectly around them, with no gaps. I think because of this, I may have been smaller than my original measurement of 30.5".
At any rate, taking 30.5" as a starting point. I have now been on NBE since April 11th. I started
