I'm thinking of trying the DIM for awhile to get balanced back out. I cannot remember everyone that has said they were taking DIM so forgive me for having to ask when I know we have talked about it repeatedly. Mainly I'm wondering if anyone taking DIM with BO is having growth results?

Emeedee is taking Dim with BB.Maybe you should post this on the BB section,i think you would get more responses.I also remember Michelle Choi used DIM for a while too with BB...

Hey Mel,
I am taking DIM with BB too. I have cycle growth just that I am not able to maintain it because as you know I am quite a new user for 2 months. It is one of the recommended supplements by BB. I am taking DIM-Plus, btw.

I don't know how much DIM really helps with growing.But maybe growing in a healthier way??Does BB mention why one should take DIM?

From my understanding it helps keep the estrogen from overloading. i was unaware of bb saying to use it. it must be on their website, but double checked my paperwork that came with my pills and they failed to mention it on there or i would have been taking it sooner....

hmm do you recommend any cheap and good website to buy? Iherb has the Dim plus for 25$ ..The BB with the shakes and now this i don't know how much one should save for the whole process:-/

It actually helps to metabolize bad-estrogen which can cause cancer and sustain good-estrogen. That is what I understand after studying the product.
I got mine from
www.swansonvitamins.com and it is the cheapest I can find. Other place which sell the DIM-plus supplement are costly. It works well for menopausal women too. It cost USD 8.34 for 1 month supply.
