hey so i just realized this was here!
well i am Cselestyna (May) i have been doing N.B.E for 4 years and although i haven't seen any growth yet i think it is because i'm too busy learning and too impatient to keep up with a routine...hey i also hate taking pills.
I've been on this board for about 3- 3.5 years and i really love the people...
I am 21 i turn 22 on the 17th of april....and i can feel that 2010 is the year i'll see some growth...i think you really have to feel it before it happens...
