Hello.
I have been watching this forum for a while now and i have found alot of useful infomation.
I am a 38 year old female who has breast fed 2 children and as a result my breasts are not what they use to be. I am a 36b at the moment and would love to get back to my previous size, which was a 34d.
I look forward to speaking to most of you on here and i will post my routine soon.
