I’m a 35-year-old woman with regular menstrual cycles and Grade IV tubular breasts. I’m interested in using the EVEBra device only, without hormonal therapy or fat transfer. Based on my breast ultrasound (showing fibrous and glandular tissue), for follow-up. My case is similar to picture

, I would like to ask a few questions:
1. Usage:
How many hours per day should I use EVEBra?
Is it better to wear it continuously or in intervals?
For how many months should I continue for optimal results?
2. Nutrition:
Are there any foods, vitamins, or supplements that can help support breast tissue growth during EVEBra use?
3. Previous Cases:
Have you had any similar Grade IV tubular breast cases that improved using EVEBra alone?
4. Ultrasound Findings:
Since my ultrasound shows fibrous and glandular tissue, and Left breast solid lesion suggestive of small fibroadenoma, for follow-up. can EVEBra still be effective in my case?
Please share your full experiences with the EVEBra!
I’d love to hear your complete experiences with the EVEBra — how it helped you, what instructions you followed, and what supplements or vitamins you took while using it.
Any detailed tips or routines that worked for you would be really appreciated! ?

I can answer the usage questions for you. First of all, it's recommended to wear Evebra for a minimum of 12 hours per day.
It's much better to use it continuously rather than in intervals. Continuous wear produces significantly greater tissue expansion than using it for intervals.
A minimum of 3 months is recommended, with an ideal course being 3 to 6 months, but many users continue beyond that.

The problem with taking supplements, creams or vitamins whilst using something like the Evebra is that how will you know what's working? It's just my opinion, but if you stick to the Evebra alone you will get a much better idea of how it's actually benefiting you. If you take supplements which assist with breast growth or even cause swelling or water retention, such as the herbs which are detailed so regularly in the forum, in that case it makes it difficult to see exactly what the Evebra is doing for you and what's happening completely independent of the Evebra.

I haven't used the Evebra myself, because I can't commit to those kind of hours. Perhaps in the future I'll be able to consider it, but it's impossible for me at the moment. If I do use a pump, it's Evebra that would tempt me.
Regarding the supplements and creams you asked about, I haven't seen Evebra users making any reference to that kind of thing, so I don't think adding supplements and creams is something that Evebra users are doing.

Hi love, just be aware that such a moderate (severe cases too) of tubular deformity isn't something you can 100% fix with simply a breast pump, even fertility queen aka Tibetan princess who had mild tubular ended up getting surgery to cut the constrictions in the breasts after she grew alot with BO and pumping.

Thank you Babita and MadameBusty
Still need more about your experiences
Which is better to use with the EveBra for breast enhancement — Bovine Ovary extract or Diane-35 pills?
Are there any side effects from using it, or does it require medical supervision?
