Got hormones results back, need help

#1

Hi,
I have been on a NBE journey for about half a year now. I recently stopped taking any supplements to get a baseline of where my hormones were. I think my progesterone is a little low but everything seems to check out just fine. I do have horomonal bc I think is progestin (nexplanone). I recently got my hormones tested to better understand my body. I will also attach my previous supplement list and was able to grow an inch in a couple months. Any advice is appreciated thanks!

It looks to me that the test results are really nice and quite satisfactory, even including the progesterone I would say. During the follicular phase, progesterone levels are typically quite low because progesterone production doesn’t ramp up until after ovulation, in preparation for a possible pregnancy. So if you're tracking hormone levels early in your cycle and you see low progesterone, that’s completely to be expected since it’s the luteal phase where levels rise significantly.

It's hard to say anything about the nexplanone because there are different ideas about what contraception is best when you're trying NBE. I don't think any definitive answer to that has ever been established. However, if you managed to grow an inch in a couple months then it's obviously completely fine for you and something that you don't need to be concerned about.
