One person has said that PM made the skin less oily. I wondered if anyone else could bear this out?

Let me know if it's true. I would use PM for that reason alone.

Okay, that's definitely a possibility. Because Pueraria Mirifica contains compounds that mimic estrogen (phytoestrogens), it *could* help regulate hormones for some women, potentially leading to less oil production. However, how each person's body reacts is unique, so while some might see their skin become clearer and less greasy, others might not notice much of a difference at all.

Yes PM doesn't do anything to the skin directly. It's not a cure for oily skin in that sense. But if it gives you a better hormonal balance you might really see a benefit to the skin.

I’d be curious too if others noticed similar results—it could be really helpful to see a pattern across different experiences.
