Twin Pillow Talk—my first program: collagen and massaging only

#1

i guess i can technically say i’ve started my journey despite not buying much of anything for it yet lol.

so far the only supplement i’ve bought is basic collagen (1000mg per capsule), which also contains 180mg of vit C and 30mg of vit E. it says to take 2, twice a day, so 4 per day—but given that i’m on a budget and don’t have anything to maintain (yet!) i’m just going to do 2 total per day. today’s only been the second day with them so there’s nothing to report yet lol.

one thing i’ve been much more faithful to is massaging. i believe I’ve been doing the chi massage (gently yet firmly grasping my whole breast/s and massaging it/them in circles inward), and coupling it sometimes with the deer one just because lol. i’ve done it with olive oil a few times, and aside from hoping it’ll help them grow i love how soft and smooth it makes my skin feel. i haven’t been strictly timing or counting my massaging but if i had to estimate i’d say i’ve been spending at least 30 mins a day cumulatively.

After one week: after a few days i’ve started getting one or two itches in either breast a day, but I’m not sure that’s a sign of anything. they’ve also firmed up a bit and have become more shapely and round, which i would’ve expected to happen anyway even if i wasn’t doing this for NBE.

but Today i noticed something new to me: my areolae have gotten puffy! pretty flat and very soft to the touch (goes away if i mess with them tho), i’m fairly certain they haven’t done something like this before, at least not to this extent. i looked at a few posts/threads on here and it seems to be an early sign of growth to come to some people (please!), but something negligible to others. if i were on a more legit/fleshed-out program i’d be more certain that this would lead to something, but i’m not sure yet—comment if this was an early sign for you? if this was/is a factor for you, can this change depending on where you are in your cycle? i also think my nipples are slowly becoming a little sensitive, at least for now.

overall i think they feel a little heavier and fuller, but i could be biased. only time will tell i guess!

cycle stage: ovulation
measurements: ~82cm band, 90cm bust (fluctuating between 89-92 depending on time and massaging)
total growth so far: 0cm band (likely some bloat rn), 0cm bust

next week i plan to get fenugreek capsules and i want to see if i can make a homemade oil with it by emptying a few and combining with olive or coconut oil, heating it up til they mix, and seeing if that changes/improves results from my massaging. i may also start taking some orally, but i’m holding out for goat’s rue, so we’ll see.

any tips/encouragement much welcomed!!

ALSO forgot to mention, my boobs are feeling liquidy, jiggly, when normally they’re reasonably firm and can get firmer after massaging. i believe i’ve also read this can be a sign of growth? any vouchers?

Update! only 2 days later and they’re pillowy soft, still pretty liquidy, and measure 93cm now! +2cm! i know they’ll likely regress at least mostly after my cycle starts in a couple weeks and i can’t know til after if this is real growth, but until then i’m relishing this!

nipples are still sensitive and puffy, especially the right (slightly smaller) one. that one is also aching more—both are moderate, borderline negligible, but the right one feels more like a legit ache. all good signs, from what i’ve gathered!

the fact that i’ve gotten any legit difference after so little time, and that i’m only massaging, taking collagen, and listening to subliminal/BB videos, has me very much looking forward to the future

Looks like a really good plan, any updates?

it's been a while, whoops! but now that i've graduated college, hopefully this means i can be more consistent in my nbe ventures!

TLDR the routine above didn't last long––sorry for the anticlimactic update!––mainly because i had a roommate, so i had to put everything nbe on pause again. now im back with a new plan!

i finally started again the other day with 1-2x/day 610mg fenugreek capsules (which i try to follow up with chi massaging to encourage blood flow once it enters the bloodstream––idk if this works, but it makes sense to me lol) and at least 10-20 mins of massaging a day. i saw some people in another thread discussing making a flaxseed-infused oil for massaging, so i've started that today: i put some extra virgin olive oil and grapeseed oil in a container with maybe 1/3 the volume of ground flaxseed, i'll shake/stir the contents for a week or two (depending on how impatient i get lol) to let the estrogenic properties seep into it, then hopefully it'll be effective when i start using it!

i'm debating getting fennel capsules, but i want to do some more research before i'm sure. any personal anecdotes on that welcomed! what i really want to get is goat's rue, but i haven't found a discrete enough way of acquiring it (due to its packaging and that it's not as casually obtainable as the other herbs i've mentioned––i live with my family and need to keep this on the down-low). if someone knows of a more general herb with a similar makeup/effect (mainly the breast tissue-building), please let me know lol. i'm also considering getting into soy milk, but i'm mixed due to inconsistent results i've read in some threads.

anyways, the fenugreek and massaging have only had a few days to work but so far it's been nice: good firmness and plumpness, but my period's due within the next week so some of it could be from that. i'm normally a very inconsistent person when it comes to routines in general, and that coupled with good nbe usually taking a long time, i just really want this to work out this time lol.

i'll leave this off with a question: i feel i could benefit from the anti-androgenic properties of spearmint tea, both for nbe and in daily life. but as someone who, despite wanting, doesn't enjoy tea 95% of the time (aside from boba lol), should i get it anyway and force myself to get used to it, or is there an herb/compound with similar effects that i may enjoy taking more? or maybe a more beginner-friendly-tasting alternative?

Hi love, firstly be wary of flaxseed oil as it can go either way, for me it was estrogenic in my first ever program many years back and I grew so could use it again, but for others it can act anti estrogenic according to literature and if it is estrogenic for you it's weakly estrogenic same as soy so may do lil for you alone or just those two together. You can make a proper oil herbal infusion that I have listed in my thread, you use a good organic and natural oil like castor, almond, sunflower, olive etc and get an amber glass bottle(preferably dropper bottle) this is vital as amber glass prevents the oil from going rancid and makes the infusion last longer, you start off by adding powdered dried herbs such as fenugreek, hops, fennel, wild yam or even PM etc in the bottle(I have my own recipe listed in my thread which has had great success) you then fill to the brim with your choice of natural oil, and you can add certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils(must be CPTG) like geranium, Clary sage, jasmine etc for hormone balancing and estrogen support(these oils are potent and boost your NBE oil) but make sure you don't buy the cheap filler filled stuff that is $10 or the like lol
and then you shake daily leaving in a cool dark place for 3 to 6 weeks, after which your infusion is ready! All herbalists will tell you that letting it infuse for that time is a must in order to get all the properties infused properly otherwise you will simply have herbs in oil seperate.
Fenugreek is a great option, but personally I only infuse it into my oil for my own personal massage I do, as it has a tendency to not only boost estrogen and prolactin but also testosterone somewhat. Goats rue I have used before and whilst it helped somewhat I definitely wouldn't contribute it to my success as a whole because estrogen, progesterone and HGH are more vital for breast growth than majority prolactin, you only need a little prolactin and goats rue boosts prolactin alot, the reason I say this is because too much of the breastfeeding hormone prolactin can give false NBE gains just like when women who are breast feeding end up shrinking once that hormone goes back to normal it can also happen if you focus your NBE program on prolactin as a major thing, goats rue is good however if you lack glandular tissue and need to build that up. I would definitely advise getting a hormone test panel done, estrogen, progesterone, prolactin and testosterone so we actually know what program will suit you best(you don't have to but without it you could be boosting the wrong things)
Spearmint can be taken in capsule form which offers the exact same benefits as it does in tea form it's more of a "what you like" thing, I personally love tea!  Heart however you could try licorice root tea as this is very delicious and sweet and both lowers testosterone and boosts estrogen at the same time it's very strong! Hope this helps and doesn't sound too overwhelming, NBE can be very simple once everything is ready and in play.
