Since I started NBE I have been breaking out more and more on my chest and breasts. Some of it is little red dots some are raised bumps and some are what looks like white heads all over my upper chest and breasts. I want my breasts go grow, but I also don’t want acne all over them can’t really wear a low cut top with this.
Currently taking/doing
4 tablespoons of ground flax and water
1 tablespoon of maca with sesame milk
4 tablespoons of soy flour with soy milk
Massage morning and night with some mixture of sesame oil, cinnamon, jojoba, lavender, tea tree.
My diet is mainly vegetarian with some fish sometimes and is gluten free. I’m getting between 80-100grama of protein per day. I’m 5’7 about 130lbs 81cm bottom 87cm upper currently fluctuates from 84-87 with cycle I think.
Any advice is so well appreciated!
