Butt Increasing exercises


Right now I’m doing glute bridges, one leg squats and donkey kicks.

You won't grow that ways unless you make up a solid program. With a good program + eating well+ sleeping well eventually you'll see results.

Check out Bret Contreras' YouTube channel. He's the master of glute development.

For larger muscle size weight or resistance is helpful.  Creatine and HMB help too, as does carb loading before the workout to avoid burning muscle.
