I realized that I am almost at the 3 month mark and will update with a measurement when I get home. Stay tuned. According to the original Womyn Web site, this process is supposed to take around 18 months.
I've cut out the weird stuff and am sticking to the basics: fenugreek, fennel, saw palmetto, volufilline and spironolactone. Lots of tea drinking.
Underbust 29.5
Weight 145.6
Bust 39
Overbust 32
My favorite bra is super tight and I'm bubbling out of it.

It seems like I might be stalling, but that's ok, it takes a long time. My weight has been steady, I'm trying to lose some.

I see your underbust has gone up, see my post on 22-02-2024, and I would like to know if you agree,

I'm fat because I binge ate after my regular plasma donation routine, not because I took fenugreek. Lots of obese people take fenugreek for diabetes and it doesn't make them any fatter.

2000 mg fenugreek
1000 mg fennel
3200 mg Maca
2 tsp caraway to chew
Vitamin d
500 mg 5-HTP for prolactin
That would be 1000 FG, 500 fennel and 1600 Maca twice daily. I started getting dizzy fits on FG due to it possibly cratering my sugar.
As one on a restrictive weight loss diet this caused me to lose control of the situation, so I take less fG now. I take 25 mg spiro every other day, as it causes me to lose my temper. I’m massaging 15 minutes twice a day which is more sustainable.
I am now a firm 38.5 inches with a 29 underbust, loosening the strap on my 32D (think 36b just on a smaller person) bra. I still look the same in clothes as numbers change before sizes do.
I need to remember to go slow and steady as his is a long term process.
If that fenugreek is not an extract then it is low. If it is dropping your blood sugar due to hypoglycemia then you may want to drop it entirely. It won’t be enough for nbe and the situation tends to only get worse not better. Or figure out which herb is causing the issue if it’s not fenugreek. In general it’s not good to fight through issues and instead it’s better to take a step back. Growth often isn’t any more compared to using less in those situations too. Slow and steady is never a bad idea. At worst it takes longer but you’ll reach the same end with a gradual ramp up.
If it is a strong extract then 2000 or 2700 is quite a lot to start with and you may want 1000 at first. Though if you still get issues and it’s from the fenugreek you still may need to drop it entirely. If it’s a strong extract and you’re already used to it and aren’t getting any issues anymore then it could be fine.
The foods in my sig can also be helpful for support, growth and reducing issues after a few months on them. Unless you’re allergic they’re unlikely to be a problem.
I tried part of this for a month taking:
1000mg Fenugeek
500mg Fennel
Morning and Night to totals were the same as this program but just before period it lead to a UTI and during period lead to a yeast infection. I ramped it up slowly with half the amount for the first week and then the full amount for the remaining three weeks.

Yeah, I've just been using 2000 fenugreek. I stayed at the 39 inch measurement which is good but I gained weight unfortunately. I went up to 150, am trying to get back to 140 and lower. It looks like my best bet is going back on spironolactone since my back acne is back.
I've been donating plasma as well which is causing me to overeat after donating so I'm being careful with that. I'm going to get back into fennel teas as well.
