Any tips on what to improve?

#1

Hello, Im kinda new to this forum or rather have not posted here before. Sorry in advance for my bad english since Im German. Recently I told my gf about my NBE kink since growth from natural sources awakens something in me.

To my surprise she was very open to the idea of trying it herself. It’s just that we don’t want to change everything in pur lifes so I just ordered some supplements, massage her with flaxseed oil every few days.

I also ordered a Progesterone Cream Made from wild yam, because her breasts started to hurt and I figured it’s because of a Estrogen Dominance. It should arrive today and I hope it will help with her pain and also maybe contribute to the growth.

She started taking BC a few months ago and from what I can remember she was about 75D/80D (EU-Sizes) when we started about 3 weeks ago.

Every supplement we ordered arrived in form if capsules except für one which I will Talk about further down in this Post.

For the first 1 1/2 weeks she took 2600mg of fenugreek alone.
After that we started taking Maca Extract, Fennel and MSM. The MSM being the only one in pill Form and not capsules.

Our Program is:

In the morning:

- 400mg Maca Extract
- 1300mg Fenugreek
- 500mg Fennel
- 2000mg MSM

In the evening:

- 1300mg Fenugreek
- 1000mg Fennel

She also puts a sip of soy milk in her morning coffee everyday.
And as I said above, I try to massage her with Flaxseed Oil every now and then. We don’t do it too often since it’s very time consuming and makes a mess.

For the first 2-3 weeks we both felt like her breasts got slightly bigger but we don’t know for sure.

My question is do you have and recommendations on what to do better or switch up because this and that could interfer with the other, you know what I mean.
Is it maybe better to take higher dosages from the Supplements we Are currently taking. It’s just important to me that it doesn’t take over our whole life in terms of time spent consuming all the recommended products. Even more important to me is that the negative side effects Are kept to a minimum since her health is far more important than my growth fetish.

So if any of you got recommendations to keep her growth going or speed it up, any help would be appreciated.

Will update if any major Updates occur.

This is all great! The only thing I would change is stop using flaxseed oil for massage and try olive oil or sunflower oil(which is estrogenic) because flaxseed oil is anti estrogenic hence I have since ceased this after finding out from Lotus, the other thing is breast soreness is a sign of growth from massage it does not mean estrogen dominance, the progesterone cream from wild yam wont do much as the chemicals in wild yam cannot be converted by the body into hormones only via a lab can do that so you will want to look for real progesterone cream take a look online you dont want wild yam progesterone cream but bio identical. Hope this helps

Hey, thank you for the help. Appreciate it!

So what you‘re saying is the flaxseed oil actually works against growing a bigger breast? It’s just confusing to me because Ive heard so many people using it for that reason.

About the pain, we didnt really Massage with oil  at all the days before the Pain started but maybe it’s from other activities iykyk. Is the pain a sign that it’s working or just from overstimulation?

And about the cream, is the wild yam pretty much a waste or can I still get some usage out of it?

And You’re saying bio identical cream is better, what results can I expect from it and how do I apply it? Two times per day the whole month or just in a specific part of her menstrual cycle?
Just wanna make sure I achieve the best possible results from what I already bought.

Again and help is appreciated. Smile

The lab can make real bio identical progesterone from wild yam, but her body cannot.  If it has progesterone on the ingredients list it’s fine.  If it only has wild yam on the ingredients list and no progesterone then it’s not progesterone.  If it has “progesterone made from wild yam” on the ingredients list, also fine.  It’s purely marketing and not different from other progesterone, but fine.

A lot of good and bad PC makers take advantage of the confusion surrounding wild yam and progesterone.

These are all great tips. Have you looked into massaging with raw aloe making a paste?

Her body cannot produce actual, bio-identical progesterone from wild yam, but a lab can.  It's okay if progesterone appears on the list of components.  If the only ingredient listed is wild yam and there is no mention of progesterone, it is not progesterone.  It's also okay if the ingredients list says "progesterone made from wild yam."  It's just marketing and is identical to other forms of progesterone, but that's okay.

I understand that you're looking for advice on the supplementation routine you've been following to potentially promote breast growth. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider or a qualified specialist who can provide personalized guidance based on your specific situation.
In general, when it comes to supplements and hormone-related concerns, it's crucial to approach them with caution. Hormones and their balance in the body can have far-reaching effects, and self-medicating or relying solely on supplements without proper medical supervision can be risky.  Candy Crush
