Newcomer with some success.

Hi.

I am new to this forum. I want to share my results so far. I am 37 years old. A year ago I was 30AA about 125lb and 5'3". Now, I am 140lb and 30C/D and my nipples at least doubled in size.

So, here is what I do:

Twice daily:

Manual breast pump, 15 min.

Nipple pump, 15 min.

Electric breast pump, 15 min.

Supplements:

Saw palmetto

Fennel

Breast massage, coconut oil, about 20-30 min.

Exercise a few times a week:

Push-ups, calf raises, squats, crunches...

Also, I am continually changing my lifestyle.

I use the pump time to read, draw, meditate... do my nails. I was anorexic and anxious for so long. For me

growing breasts is part of changing my persona. I plan on doing these things forever. When I have helpful pics I will post them. The proof is in the pudding.

I really like this forum. This is the first time I took part in one.

Hi Cutiequeen and welcome! So happy to hear your progress, and remember, don't let others' disbelief stop you from growing. There is no limitation, you can grow as big as you want. My own belief in the process is the #1 key for me!

Hi Cutie,

Thank you so much for sharing your progress! I think your story is remarkable. I'm right there with you. I've been anxious and anorexic for too long.. Who knew a lot of anxiety is simply your brain malfunctioning from not getting enough nutrients to run properly. Trying to grow is part of my journey of taking better care of myself, learning more about my femininity and fertility in a way my mother was never taught, so I then can pass what I know onto my daughters. I may consider getting the pumps because of your post, I love things you can do while doing other things (:
