Stats:
Age: 34
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 125
Kids: 2
Nursed: yes, both times
Starting size: 34 SMALL B
Ethnicity: Half Korean/Half Caucasian
Exercise: Yes, frequently. Biking, tennis, walking, weights(resistance machine 3x/week).

After the first baby, my boobs didn't really look so bad or I didn't feel too bad about how they looked. After the second one,(almost 8 yrs later) I ended up w/ pancakes, and I HATED it. So after loads of research, I decided to try Bovine Ovary.

I started on Bountiful Breast on March 8 of this year. I took the recommended supplements. (Most, not all) I bought a 4.5 month supply to start with. They say Asians have a harder time seeing any growth/gaining any growth for whatever reason. I felt sensations after the first couple of days taking the pills. I didn't really see any growth, but in that 4 months, I gained about 1/2 inch. It has now been about 6 months,(bought another 4.5 months worth) and I have seen a full inch gain on my breasts.

I will not go into my old program because I don't feel like it was a benefit to me at all. I will post what it is I am currently doing and try to keep it updated. I've been doing this for over a week now and yesterday morning was the first time I was HAPPY the way my breasts were shaping up.No more pancakes!

Current program:

After about a 1/2 hr I get the heat pad and keep it on for 10 or so minutes. Massage w/ palm inward for about 30 secs each breast after heat.

I think the SP is helping the BO the most. Can't be sure since I just started the Chasteberry and Dim-Plus- maybe it's all 3. Anyways, I'm really pleased (after 6 long months) of how things are finally going.

P.S. I also take alfalfa(6 per day) but not for boob growth. Not sure if this has any affect whatsoever.

What program are you using??!!

I originally thought that I had only gained 1 inch since March, but it appears it is more like 1.5 inches. My mother had measured me in April and then just last week she measured again- it was like a 2" difference. I was wearing a sports bra the first time, so I'm only going to own up to 1.5 inches at the most.

I have decided to take a break from this whole breast enhancement thing. I am too focused on losing body fat right now, so I think I keep breaking even if not have shrunk a bit since working out harder. Once I get my body where I want it, then I will probably pick back up where I left off.

I am not taking any BB pills right now(sitting there in the fridge, feeling all lonely...), but after reading Karen's post about Chasteberry fruit, I figure that can't hurt anything.

SO.... I am currently taking vixtex fruit 400mg/each 2pills 2x per day.

Along w/ all my other vitamins.

If nothing else, I at least expect vast improvement in my pms attitude.

Vast improvement in the PMS department.

Starting doing some serious working out, but I can say that while I haven't grown any, I haven't lost any either. This is good, because my belly is shrinking, but my boobies are the same... so far. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed and hoping to see something happen this next month with the Vitex.

Today I started back on BB.
I've been taking 1600mg of vitex for over 2 months now and I plan to keep taking that much.

I'm going to try to finish out my supply of pills. After they are gone, I will not be spending that kind of money. I'll probably look into an herbal regimen.

One late morning w/ half protein shake and one pill late evening w/ the other half of shake.

This morning I measured 34.5. Is the Vitex actually working??!!?? I had been measuring between 34 and 34.25.

Still taking BB. Two per day. One first thing in the morning, one later on after dinner. I feel tingles all day long, most days. I am currently having a visit from AF and she always makes my boobs bigger for a minute. Hoping that the growth stays this time.

I tinkered w/ the Vitex and was severely punished for it. I thought I could bring down my dosage since I've been on it for almost 6 months now. WRONG.

AF was 2 days late and my libido completely left the building. I MEAN COMPLETELY. No desire, none, nada.

I started on 1600 mg of vitex. Thought about dropping to 800 mg. My system went weird. I had been having AF a day early since starting the vitex, so it was predictable. I also was having a tiny bit better flow- I'm a HEAVY bleeder. Since I knocked it down, I haven't been able to leav w/o a bathroom very nearby today. Pretty bad. I did ramp the vitex back up to 1600, so hopefully all will "go back to normal."

Still exercising fairly heavily and keeping what boobage I do have, so not complaining. Also feel like the tops are FINALLY filling in after knowing that taking these pills w/ water is the right route to go.

Definitely filling in. No growth. No shrinkage.
Switched the alfalfa to dandlion root.
Taking between 1-2 pills per day. I feel pain/tingles every day. Smile
Got the blossom-s soap today also. Let's see if that does anything...

Still on 1600 mg of vitex. Last month I quit taking it during my cycle, but got right back on it after. Everything went back to normal once I started taking it again after I ramped down. Libido came back, AF was nicer to me- but in all fairness- I took copious amts of ibuprofen and I KNOW that really helped.
