* ~ Miss Monet's program ~ *

Hey girls, my name is Christine, although online I like to be referred to as Miss Monet. ^_~

Quick stats:
* 19 years old
* Bra size = 32AA
* Body measurements = 31-26-32
* Birth control = Desogen
* Doesn't smoke, socially drinks [alcohol]
* Rarely drinks coffee or tea
* Tries to excercise 3 days a week (although lately it's been more like 1-2 days)
* Eating habits aren't the best, but then what can you expect from living off of dorm dining hall food?

GOAL BOOBIE SIZE = 32C
GOAL BODY MEASUREMENTS = 32-24-32

I ordered Breast Gain Plus a month ago and was on it for 3 weeks but then I stopped taking it because I had this weird, gut-feeling that it was interfering with my birth control. I'm interested in taking individual herbs but haven't yet decided on which ones to take. I realize now that it's inevitable for me to not run into an herb that may decrease the effectiveness of my birth control, so I'm not going to worry about that too much anymore. I'm more focused on finding herbs that will not only be good to take for my age and my estrogen levels (can't completely dismiss my birth control), but also will be beneficial for other physical problems I have (i.e. low blood pressure, possible anemia, low libido, fatigue, etc.).

I was considering taking a combination of *SOME* of these herbs:
Fenugreek, Fennel, Blessed Thistle, Goat's Rue, Saw Palmetto, Nettle, Vitex (Chasteberry), Rosemary, Alfalfa, Marshmellow, Dong Quai, Soy, Dandelion

[ POSSIBLE COMBOS ]
** Rosemary included in all of them (it's for my low blood pressure) **
(1) Fenugreek, Fennel, Saw Palmetto, Blessed Thistle
(2) Fenugreek, Fennel, Saw Palmetto, Dong Quai, Vitex
(3) Fenugreek, Alfalfa, Blessed Thistle, Marshmellow
(4) Fenugreek, Fennel, Blessed Thistle, Alfalfa, Nettle
(5) Fenugreek, Fennel, Blessed Thistle, Nettle, Goat's Rue

Right now I'm kinda leaning towards either #3 or #5. I know a lot of girls have been using Saw Palmetto and have been getting good results, so maybe #1 or #2, but I kinda want to try something different (I like to be unique LOL).

In the meantime of picking out a program, I have started doing boobie massages with Cocoa Butter & Vitamin E. I have also started taking Mother's Milk Tea (which has: Fennel 560mg, Aniseed 350mg, Coriander 210mg, Fenugreek 35mg, Blessed Thistle 35mg, and a blend of Spearmint, West Indian Lemongrass, Lemon Verbena, & Marshmellow) which I'll take twice a day. I took some Soy isoflavones standardized extract yesterday since I thought it would help but it gave me major PMS-feeling cramps, so I think I'm gonna lay off of it.

Anyway, that's it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks girls!

Still don't know what I want my program to be, but in the meantine I am going to start a pseudo, "filler" program. It's the classic Fenugreek & Saw Palmetto combination, although I'm adding Rosemary so as to keep my blood pressure up. I'm also still drinking Mother's Milk tea twice a day (which so far hasn't done much, but it's only been a week, so...) and am doing boobie massages with cocoa butter & vitamin E 1-2 times a day (it's not 100% cocoa butter, though, it's only 72%). Let's see if I get any pains/tingles... cross your fingers, ladies!!!

Alright, so I've decided on a routine -- finally!

* I bought "Lactate Support: liquid phyto-caps" by Gaia Herbs, which contains: Fenugreek 150mg, Fennel 100mg, Red Raspberry 50mg, Blessed Thistle 50mg, and Marshmellow 14mg. I will be taking 1 capsule 3x daily.
* I'm also taking Goat's Rue 333mg, 3x daily.
* Since the "Lactate Support" doesn't contain too many mgs of herbs, I'll also be drinking "boobie teas" twice daily:
- "Organic Mother's Milk" by Traditional Medicinals, which contains: Fennel 560mg, Anise 350mg, Coriander 210mg, Fenugreek 35mg, Blessed Thistle 35mg, and a blend of Spearmint, West Indian Lemongrass, & Marshmellow that equals to 560mg.
- "Woman's Nursing Mom" by Yogi Tea, which contains a blend of Chamomile, Nettle, Anise, Fenugreek, & Lavender that equals to 2000mg.
* I'm going to TRY and massage (with Alba's "72% organic cocoa butter & vitamin E" lotion) at least once a day, though it's hard finding a quiet, "alone time" within the dorms. -_-;;

If I don't start feeling any boobie pains within a week, I'll probably add some Fenugreek capsules to my routine. In fact, I think I might take 1 capsule (610mg) a day just so that I get enough mgs in.

Alright, I'm terrible... I've once again changed my program. haha Tongue I've discarded my "Lactate Support" (for now) and have decided on sticking with single herbs. So now my program looks like this:

== MORNING ==
1 Goat's Rue 333mg
1 Fenugreek 610mg

== AFTERNOON ==
1 Goat's Rue 333mg
1 Fenugreek 610mg

== EVENING ==
1 Goat's Rue 333mg
1 Fenugreek 610mg
1 Saw Palmetto (standardized) 160mg

I have a hard time getting up in the morning, so probably gonna stick to one "boobie tea" per day -- if that. I'm also gonna try really hard to massage at night, but again, living in the dorms makes it kind of hard... so we'll see. FOR SURE going to take all my herbs, though!

Yeah, so I've been on a break from NBE for a lil' while now. Don't know if it's solely due to the herbs, but I came down with insomnia from which no sleeping aid could break, so I thought it best to just stop taking herbs/pills/etc. I want to get back on NBE, though. I just ordered a mock-copy of Dr. Duke's "Bustea!", which is a blend of fenugreek, licorice root, fennel, caraway seed, dill, basil, lemongrass, anise, and marjoram, from Greenbush Natural Products the other day, so hopefully it arrives soon! I'll probably just stick to the tea and massage twice daily... see where that gets me. I wasn't feeling *ANY* tingles/pains on any of my other programs (besides Breast Gain Plus), so hopefully this won't be another disappointment. I've actually felt a lil' tingling just from massaging every once in a while and weening off of all the herbs. Perhaps my body just needed a break...?
