So basically I am only doing this to keep track of my progress, kind of like a diary. Its a very basic program but feel free to comment.

This is almost 2 months into my program

August 18

5'5", 110ish lbs
under bust : 25 in
across: 33.75 in --- this has to be some swelling due to my cycle though
(biofit) < for my reference, ignore
1 finger's length in between

full 34B, or loose 34C
looking for a full 34C

2 WU 3x daily
1 1000 mg flaxseed oil 2x daily
5-10 minutes massage 2x daily
high protein diet (80 grams daily)

I seemed to have grown a little since I began on June 25, maybe 1/4in minimum
They swell starting one week earlier than usual, so two weeks before my period.
As of today, I'm not sure what is swelling and what is growth.
Hopefully I keep some of this after my period.

I think I'll give this at least 6 months, maybe more depending on my results.

I reached my 2 month mark this past Monday--and got my period on the same day. Strangely enough there has been little to no change in size and it is the 4th day, I don't really know if that could be a bad thing but I'm taking it as a good thing. Wonderup hasn't affected my PMS or anything else like others have reported.

I had pain under one of my armpit on day 2 of my cycle. Some itching before my period. Tenderness about a week before.

I almost fit into my [previously] very loose 34C bra, but greed gets the best of me and now I'd like a little more.

So total my growth has been maybe 1.25 inches, but maybe as little as .75 in, doubtful though, as I'm not the best measurer. I'm not exactly spilling out of my 34B bra, but it doesnt exactly fit either.
Starting 3rd bottle of WU tomorrow, 2 more months until I order more.
Looking forward to seeing what happens this month.
My goal is having to buy new bras for my birthday in December.

September 7

slight itching, pretty much no pain.
Bust: about 34 inches id say. idk if they're all that much bigger, but 1/4 inch growth might be about right.
less than 1 fingers length in between, though.

swelling should start around the 9th or 10th i think if its like last month. i also seem to keep all the swelling, so maybe its not swelling.
my 34B bra just looks strange now. i think im a 34C now--still a little loose but it probably looks better than a B.

hoping that this isnt the end of the road for me- im only 2 and 1/2 months into it, so ill give it until Christmas day at least.
also thinking that ill keep up the high-protein diet because it has so many other benefits.
so i need to order 2 more months of wonderup, maybe three so i have one for maintenance.

im still debating adding maca root on the 25th. i dont want to over-do my hormones, but i dont think maca does that. i could use some hips too so well see.

September 14

when i woke up this morning I could immediately notice a size difference. It turned out to be only about 1/4 inch--i think its weird that I could detect it, though.
So thats the start of my monthly swelling and I hope I keep this too. I went shopping the other day and fit perfectly into a 32D bra--so thats basically a 34C. I wish more brands carried that size, though. Still considering adding Maca on the 25th, but then again I'm growing without it. Maybe I'll just take it when I either see no more signs of growth or when I stop taking Wonderup. Plus, they're just the pills.

Bust: 34.25 inches (in the morning)
a little less than 1 finger's length in between.

September 15

maybe a little more "growth" today. in my larger bra i measured 35.5 inches (this might be pushing it, but it is definitely padded). I started at 33.5 inches in this bra on June 25th. So this might be swelling, but it stayed last month. Don't know that I'm feeling any of my usual tiny itches, but they are tender today, which is kind of unusual for me.

September 24

Okay so yesterday-and only yesterday-I had tiny stabbing pains, enough to be annoying, in each breast (but at different times during the day). That pretty much stopped after last night. I had like one itch today. They're still tender. I think I'm due somewhere around the 27th, so we'll see if this stays. Also, I have a lot more fullness on top. I usually curve up and point, but now I have more of a round shape--which I would really like to keep.

October 5

well I thought I had lost a lot of growth but I really only lost about 1/4 inch so thats okay. This week I was indescribably busy and couldn't get all 80 grams of protein a day, plus I forgot to take a lot of pills some days, but I am back now. My fifth bottle of WU should arrive this Tuesday, and I just started my fourth yesterday. In my wave bra my I measure between 35 and 35.25 inches I think (a little pushup) with a little less than 1 finger's length in between. Maybe I can shoot for 36 inches this month! That would be unbelievable. However, I won't let go of the concept that I could just totally stop growing right now in which case that would also be okay as I'm very happy with my almost 2 inch results. Back to less stress this week.

October 16

I've had a really hard time sticking to my program in October as I've been so busy! I'm getting back on it now though. I haven't had any pains until just yesterday, and even then they haven't hurt. I expected to get them on the 13th but maybe I hadnt been getting enough protein.

Anyway my new measurement is (in the biofit) about 34.75 to 35 inches, which is strange I guess. Recently, I've been kind of down about my growth. I feel like I'm back at my original size but the tape measurer shows a couple extra centimeters. I don't know if this is possible. Maybe I just don't realize how much I've actually grown. I didnt take pictures so that's no help.

I also started taking Maca today. I did two 500mg pills at morning and night but I'm thinking about amping it up to 3. We'll see I guess.

October 26

well I'm swelling big time. My chest looks huge to me right now. I would love love love love to keep this swelling as growth--just like every month. I'm so pleased with my results so far, but again everyone is a little greedy with NBE so I hope for more as well. I've just finished 4 months as of yesterday with probably 1.5 inches of growth. I would love to go for 2 inches by the end of my program, but I'm not sure when that is going to be yet. I originally said 6 months, but I'm loving this diet and pill routine so I might go for as long as I can. I guess it will depend on how long I am willing to spend money on Wonderup. Birthday is coming up in December so I will have more room for spending.

I did end up increasing Maca to 3 pills a day (so 1500 mg). I feel like I can see maybe a little difference in my hips, which would be amazing as I have verrrry thin hips. As for its effect on my chest, I can't say yet, but its not been a bad one. I'm just a little worried that it is making me swell up more than I usually do and that I will lose everything from this month.
