Agreed you should only take up to 2000mg goats rue iirc and it keeps the estrogen receptors sensitive which is very important, as for fennel it is mildly estrogenic, helps increase prolactin and also has a huge array of other health benefits, the only thing I disagree with from research is wild yam I mean it has potential to reduce menopausal symptoms however research shows the compound in it cannot be converted by the body naturally to estrogen/progesterone without going through a lab first.
