While I was in this contemplative state about adipogeneses, I remembered about Lotus posts about Cold thermogeneses... but I realized it benefits could not be complete with cold only but it's assosiation to higher pressure and hypoxia... (think of the health benefits of living in a mountanious zone where the temperatures are lower and pressure is higher)

I realized this could be applied not only to breast, but any part you want... like glutes and thighs and started wondering how to add it to a workout in order to achieve the best of both worlds, bigger muscles while keeping a femenine fat distribution.... that's when oclusive training came to the play... being kind of a rigger oclusion training made my thoughts wander a bit, but that's when I REALIZED THIS TECHNIQUE COULD BE USED FOR NBE TOO AND MY MIND BLEW UP!!

STEP TO STEP GUIDE:

You must prepare some ice pads and heat pads beforehand.

1.- Compress your breasts with an elastic band, bandage, rope or tourniquet. (Pic attached, it doesn't have to be a knot that complicated of course)

2.- Make sure there's enough pressure to restringe the breasts blood flow without blocking it completely. From 0 to 10 pressure must be 5-7. It's ok if you start to feel numbness BUT PAIN IS NEVER OK.

3.-Perform ISOMETRIC chest excersices until you reach muscle failure.

8-10 MINUTES IS MORE THAN ENOUGH! DO NOT OVEREXTEND IT!!!

4.- TAKE OFF THE OCLUSION! and start massaging your breasts clockwise with your heat pads (Should be at least 39°C or 4°F)

5.-When you feel your breasts have warmed up change to the ice pads and start massaging.

6.- Repeat the hot cold massage until reaching thermal equilibrium.

I did use it for arms' hypertrophy and I must say - it works, but it takes time too!  Blush" alt="Blush" title="Blush">

Yes... it takes time too, but supposedly it takes less than regular training. Was that the case for you?


I was planning to ad oclusion to my hamstring's training... wish I could find a way to apply oclussion for glutes too! Maybe some kind of belt while using bands on the legs... but idk...
