Hi! I just found this site and I'm really excited, lately my breast are making me a bit insecure so I need your help.

I'm 19, my breast aren't big but I'm not also flat. They're a bit uneven, the right one is smaller then the left one, they're full on the bottom so I don't really have cleavage, from the side they look kinda tubular and my puffy nipples makes it even worse.

Can i fix all of these things withouth surgery? And if yes, how? And is it safe and permanent?

Thank you!!

Hi Peia,
And WELCOME.

Yes there is hope for you and your smart to begine loving your breast at your age. If you continue to love them they will love you back for many years.
Everybody is different in their makeup so there is no one recipe for success. Nutrition, exercise and lots of attention are required, and its a rewarding task.
This forum is a self help forum, mainly because there is no easy answer to growing your breasts. There is a lot of love and support here, but most of the hard work comes on your end.
Now you have your lecture. sorry about that, but its important to know whats ahead.

The safest and easiest advice in the beginning is to try massage.
These are my 2 favorite threads.

Then you can think about herbs to help but its best to have your hormones tested to know where you are.
There is the Noogleberry (suction devices section of the forum). They are very good, and can help even out your breasts.

Now your ready to begin and I'm sure others will join in.
Take your measurements, take pictures, because one of them will lie about your progress.

Enjoy, have fun.

Thank you! So to fix the tubular shape, add cleavage and make them even I'll try the massage. But I've got a bunch of questions.
Basically the massage will make them grow, right? The fact is: my breast also point a bit outward and I'm scared that if they get bigger it'll get worse, so what do i do? Also my areolas are larger then usual and again, if my breast get bigger, will the areola grow too?

Last question, is there a way to make my nipples less puffy?

Thank you!

Your welcome,
One more thread for you on tubular breasts:
https://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=27155&pid=191186#pid191186

The massage is like any exercise. It get the blood flowing in and the lymph system moving the bad stuff away.
So if you massage like crazy and eat Mc burgers 3 times a day, it wont help. You need to put good stuf into your system.
You can massage with olive oil, or PC, or boobie cream, these will also help.
Some of the super techniques will get you growing like crazy, and others will just firm up what you have and make them fuller and more shapely.

You need to try some routines for a month, and evaluate your progress. ask some questions and make some tweeks.
It all takes time, but you get to know your breasts in the process, have some fun and GROW.
