#1

heeellllooo everyone!

i just discovered this site and i wanted to give some of these techniques a spin to see if i could see some growth. i’m currently doing some basic massage (already seeing a difference) and i just bought fenugreek pills today.

so... any tips? i’m very wary about taking pills because i don’t want to do any major damage to my hormones. i’m only 19 and i’m not sure if fenugreek can mess me up.

how much is a good beginners fenugreek dosage? when should i take it?

thanks everyone !

Hi Teddybeardaisy

Massage is safe and gives your breast  the lovin they need, not only now but for ever.

This forum has been pretty slow since Corona hit, so dont be disappointed about a lack of response.
Andi since there is no formula for everyone, you have to do some digging in the programs to find a one that looks interesting. Also you'll get more help if do the research and ask 'should I use xxx" as opposed to what should I try?

Fenugreek wont hurt but most people get tired of the smell in short order.
Miss mad scientist has some very good threads and she might inspire you, as well as Lotus, and surfer joe.

The process is slow so dont give up.
Have fun and be careful

The safest way to approach any new supplement is to use the prescribed dosage on the bottle.
You can then get the health benefits, and then slowly increase your dosage to get the NBE benefits.

If you look in the Herbal section
https://www.breastnexus.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=2

You'll gain a lot of knowledge about all the herbs that help with NBE.
Lots of very interesting stuff here. and you can narrow the info by searching for any herb you want

Sure can.
I'm not sure what the mixture ratio would be. But please experiment and report back.
Try search on "boobie cream" , I know I have seen this combination before.

Hi Daisy! I use this method however with sunflower oil, you are best to infuse it into a liquid oil rather than a "solid" oil like coconut oil unless you are doing heated infusion then coconut is fine, if not heated you need to infuse it in oil for atleast 2 weeks shaking daily for it to leech out the benefits of the herbs into the oil, so in the meantime I suggest a good korean or japanese volufiline cream as most of these are non hormonal, plumping and a good way to get in your massage.

Yes that is exactly what I am saying. You cant just put herbs in an oil and use it lol that would be useless, the estrogenic properties in the herb need to infuse into the oil by either heat extraction or via cold infusion which is like I said 2 weeks minimum atleast shaking daily, my herbal oil infusion is listed in my program its more potent then just fenugreek so may not be for you since you dont want to heighten your estrogen, however because I use many other estrogenic herbs in my infusion I only use around 5 to 6 1000mg fenugreek capsules in a standard travel bottle filled to brim with many oils but mainly sunflower oil. You can do this with any oils however if you use coconut oil it will have to be through heat infusion as it is a solidifying oil and cannot be shaken up. Hope that helps.
