So I am thinking into taking pueraria powder and convert it to a cream (I think aloe vera will be a good emollient

I'm not sure if we must first make a tincture or a extract.

From these threads I understood extract but I found info in Spanish saying it's tincture (or maybe it's a mistake idk)
I am not an expert, so, any idea guys?
