I haven't forgotten to update! So I just finished my 5th month of PM, I believe. It was okay, nothing major or drastic changes but definitely a little plumper with more to grab so I am grateful. They say 4 months is enough to see if it's working & I think my 4th month was the biggest changes & so I just pushed one more month to see but didn't have any changes. Good thing I have stayed the same roughly though! Before I never had any difference in fullness throughout my cycle but I definitely am fuller in the last 2 weeks before my period.
I've been Noogling on & off but honestly, I'm so busy that it slows down my day & I find it so tedious... I have my cups on right now & I've just noticed a crack in one of them so they keep deflating. Think this means new cups or a break. I found 1 hour gave me nice swelling so I've been doing pump & hold for 1 hour a few times a week. Issue is, I live at home with family so it's very difficult to do it while being secret & summer's coming so I can't hide it under a jumper all year! Maybe I'll take a break for the summer.
I did find something interesting, it's called Nutrithick. I originally was interested in it for growing a bigger butt, when I get back to the gym but I looked at the ingredients & it includes loads of herbs that are widely used for breast growth too! It does say it's for bum & boob growth anyway lol. I am quite skeptical of ads & testimonials but I might just give it a shot. Annoying that the shipping from the US has to be so much..
For the next month I'm going to give my body a break & take milk thistle to cleanse. Then I may see what my options are. Ainterol PM cream came back in stock & Greenbush could be an option too.
