Hi, I'm a little bit overwhelmed by all the information on this site. Could somebody help me out? I'm a little bit confused about the different things I read on phytoestrogenic herbs. Do I understand it well that they are not good for everyone who wants to enlarge their breasts?
I have very low body weight and I'm now a 75B (I think that will be a 34B in American size) and I'd like to have a 34C cup. I read somewhere that when you are top heavy you have to focus on the phytoestrogenic herbs and when bottom heavy on PC. I'm neither of those. :-) So where do I begin?
