Flaxseed oil has been used in the past with good success, but no longer recommended because it is a thicker oil and will clog pores. It will also go rancid if not refrigerated.
Buy powdered fenugreek or use electric coffee grinder. Not sure how much to use approx equivalent of pill version per usage, Mix up a batch and let soak for a week stirring occasionally. Apply only enough oil that can be absorbed in a 5 minute massage.
