There are many here who think popping pills is all you have to do. I think the best solution is minimal pills add massage and possibly pumping. All a matter of opinion of course. However, fenugreek will add fat, and it does not target the breasts but you will gain fat equally all over your body. In order to focus on your breasts it must be mixed with an oil like Almond oil or Aloe Vera oil and massaged into your breasts. In your case just the smaller one until it catches up to the larger. If you decide to go this route, you can buy fenugreek in liquid (extract) form or finely ground and mixed with the carrier oil. If you do this mix and stir occasionally for 1 week before using. Massage with the oil mixture for 5 minutes at least once a day.
