For a long time i didnt wore a bra..I wore the wrong size it wasnt comfortable. I got kinda saggy from it and by incidence I bought a couple of proper fitting bra's. I am wearing it for ahwile now and can say I should have believed in bra's earlier. I do think it is good for keeping the volume in the breast tissue. But push up bra's may have different effect it squashes them too much..and they are so uncomfortable!!
