I m bored by my cystic acne, nipple hair, body black and thick hair, flat chest and oily skin.

I did blood hormones check, good hormonal levels (just a bit estro- dominance) 
 
I’m not pear Shaped but my butt is flat and “long “ and i have a muffin tummy (just like the body of a child) 

What should i do?
