Smile ..oh, hey ...it's perfectly normal for us to go up and down ..mind, emotions ..all of life on this planet seems to experience cycles of up, down, wax, wane ...it would be unusual for any of us not to experience bouts of depressed spirit ..i think it's life's way of talking to us saying stop, close your eyes, breathe. been thinking a lot about the law of attraction  ..trying to attract larger boobage and a boyfriend to touch them ...a lot.

Solome! How are you doing?? Haven't heard of you for ages!

PS: any binaural beats you recommend?

I'm sorry your Glum Chum.
Spring is here so get out and smell the flowers, enjoy a day in the country, and let the sun shine into your heart.
If you have a warmer day head off to the beach and show off your NBE efforts, and soak in the sea to let your cares float away!

(((((((((((SweetOrange)))))))))))))))

Thats a big hug for you
Bobbi

You are so sweet Bobbi! <3

Btw how is your NBE journey?

hi sweetorange. seems like i'm always at work. i need to find a more happy income.
here are a few i've listened to  ...there are so many many ..some i don't like at all. honestly, i think if you don't feel good listening to one then find another. you can feel it in your body. i read a study that said binaural beats are BS but nothing to lose, really. most of them overlay some nice meditative music because just listening to dissonant beats may not sound so good. this is a good explanation for how two different frequencies make a third inaudible frequency.  https://www.binauralbeatsmeditation.com/the-science/

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZlheqTCGCM     i listen to this to study, read or meditate  maybe, my favorite
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcRGu87u6rU   very soothing  ...it tends to make me emotional
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqZCsI8s-5k  good for taking a bath ..i don’t think this one has binaural beats, though
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SkqIvWc9NsU   meditative
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oFBbRV6wN24    bit more trippy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8cE8Hrowsk  ...calming in a utility kind of way
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKDHd_Aa12A   strange, less musical over the top of the binaural beats but i can feel this one in my body …unable to listen to this one for long

Morning ladies!

I feel a little bit better right now. These past couples of weeks have been challenging for me, the management of Stress has been really difficult due to many reasons. I was taking so many meds for anxiety relief I could barely think, so I decided to give up on meds now since I am on vacation.

Now, I have a dream to fulfill, which is to build up my own business, but I am afraid of not making it happen. I am 25 years old and even though I have worked hard n my field these last years, I feel unconfident and the fear of failure is constantly in my mind.

I don't know what to do....

What type of business, what profession are you in? At 25 you are still young and it may be more valuable for you to get more experience before starting your own business, but every situation is different.

I don't want to discourage you, but some things I believe to be true. You will require more money to start up your business than you think. Most people fail at their first attempt to start a business, but those who persist succeed on second or third attempt. You may know your profession but keeping proper books and finances under control is most important. Starting up a business is hard, be prepared to put a lot of hours into it. In the end, success will be highly rewarding.

Hi SweetOrange
Take a Deep Breath!
My advice would be to look at a partnership, with someone you trust and can build your business. Its ALWAYS better to have someone to bounce Ideas off.
Not sure of how the legal system works in Spain, but in the US, its join a firm, working to prove your worth, then becoming a partner, or moving out on your own once you have built a reputation.
Huggs
Bobbi

PS your right to loose the anxiety pills!
