Dr. Ron’s BO Program.

Hiii All,

Here I start my program thread. I keep you updated. I hope everything go like I plan. ??
 
My measurements ;
Under bust :25 inch
over bust: 27.5 
My weight :35 Kg
My BMI 17.5 ( Too low:-() 



My program

Morning :
empty stomach 250 mg BO ( it also contains 250 mg liver) 
MSM -1g
Bioperine
Dr. Mercola’s Vitamine D3 and K2
Dr. Berg Adrenal and Cortisol support ( 3 days a week) 
every other day :
Dr. Ron’s Sea vegetables plus ( it contains kelp, L- Thyrosin, Brown Algae) 
Bone Broth Protein shake with sunflower and Pumpkin seeds
Collagen -12g
Nutritional mix balls ( I shared recipe somewhere here) 
Spearmint tea

After 3 days
I take 250 mg BO at evening 
Protein shake at evening

Try to do pumping but not regular. 

Then I slowly ramp up into 750 mg. 

30 mnts before sleep : GABA
For Igf I eat foods that Ellen decribed in her thread or I try Deer Antler Velvet Extract

I am waiting for my Period ?

Good luck shifa! 
My BMI is 18,5 since I lift weights, before working out I was 17... cigarettes was my fault, I think.

How many calories you have in a day?

I don’t know... 
I usually eat: 
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt+50 gr dried plums
Lunch: quinoa(or bread or burritos)+tomatoes+100/150gr of breast chicken with salad + 170gr of greek cheese (low fat, high protein)
Dinner: 150/200 gr of chicken or salmon or red meat +salad + 170gr of Greek cheese 

As snack I eat nuts/almonds/Brazilian nuts or 2 eggs or Greek yogurt + fruit (1/2 apples) or soy milk with ovomaltine 

Working out is the secret, I didn’t like eat a lot before, but after my work outs I like to eat more... so, I build muscles (so, gain weight of muscle, not fat)

That means your diet is rich in protein!!  I am not working out thats why I am afraid of following  very high protein diet.

Today I just started my BO program by taking one BO capsule. I pump only weekends. I keep you updated.!

I am on my 21st day of my cycle  now. So saaad, I have been feeling cold symptoms last 5 days I couldnt eat lots of protein. I could only up my BO to 750 mg for 2 days. I am not expecting much growth this month. I can see fullness. No pain or no tingles. Fingures crossed for next cycle! 
I love Dr. Rons BO. Its capsules are excellent. I didnt feel any bloating.
