I wanted to ask how your surgery went. I can't imagine how you could make a tubular breast look normal without an implant or a fat graft, unless you have big saggy tubular breasts, but then you wouldn't necessarily want them to get bigger by using PM or other methods. If you have this typical tuberous breast with minimal fat and minimal skin, how could you enhance their look by simply releasing that band?
