i remember reading something about witch hazel and spider veins  ....don't remember what. 
so good, though, to shift diet to include more fresh, raw fruits and veggies ..i eat a lot of tabouleh, 
parsley is so good and chlorophyll is a good good blood cleanser. there's a lebanese grocery store 
that makes it fresh daily ...mmm, so good. take a bath and massage your legs and arms and feet 
to move lymph ...remember, lymph has no pump other than muscle contraction which happens
