There are several methods to protect your nipples.
there are the silicone nipple protectors, Bandaids, or my favorite that I learned about from SweetOrange,
is to cut down a pringles can and fit that inside the dome. Thereby protecting the center of your breasts.
Do a search on "Pringles" here and I think there are some pictures.

As you stretch your skin, nipple growth is a common effect. Nipple grow with breast growth too. Now my nipples are bigger (I must say I had childish nipples/areolas before NBE, so, it’s a wanted effect for me)
I’m not sure if nipple protectors could inhibits nipple stretch.
I had nothing to noogle, so, no growth, just an horrible swelling like boob job (I hate it!! The shape of implants is so disgusting!!!)

I tried bandaids and tape but I don’t think they can prevent them from growing if I keep noogling. I tried the pringles can also but they are big for my breasts and cover almost the whole breast. *sighs*
I am now thinking of searching something similar like a cap of a bottle or something.

Hi Cely, I’m not sure what happened with you. You had implants and then you noogled or now that you’ve noogled you don’t like the shape of your breasts?

So, I have exams going on and they will go on for 3 months almost. I try to noogle whenever I get time. I’m guilty of not noogling regularly
Over the time, I have experienced fullness and bounce. No size increase as of now.
Update :
I have started taking Birth control pill hoping that it results in tenderness of my breasts so noogling gives fast results , it’s been a month but no tenderness either
1 collagen pill everyday
Let’s hope for the best!

@darkswan , yeah I think I should stop. It’ll be two months in a week so after that. I noticed I got acne prone after the pills.
Considering how little hormones are present in the pill, it makes me wonder what will happen if I start any herbs/glandulars which was going to be a part of my routine in a month or two.

I am prone to acne and had a terrible flare up after my first month on PM. I've lowered the dose this month and added in some reishi so hopefully that mitigates any flare ups this month. We shall see!
If you do add in herbs, I would suggest starting small and slowly building up. Give your body time to adjust. Good luck!
