MY program right now is just MSM and vit C. Today is my 3rd day. I read this worked for some girls in the hair forum.
Right now i’m taking 2000mg of msm and 500 mg of vit c. I’ll increase the dose soon.

right now i'm taking 4000 mg of msm and 1000 mg of vit C. the headache is terrible, i quit with caffeine (it can be worse for my insomnia if i take it with msm) no weird dreams, no other nasty effects.
