I must admit I'm stumped, usually I can suggest something but you have run them all.
You can try TENS massage. Thats no load on your hands and should leave no red marks, but I havent heard of much success.. It does feel wonderful though.
Please dont hate your body. There is something amiss in there.
Take a look at Functional Medicine. They look much deeper than the regular doctors to find out whats upsetting the Apple cart.

Hello! i wanted to try the TENS but I read they shouldn't be near the chest area because it can cuse heart issues?
