Are our results just limited to our genes?

huge boobs run in my family and yet i struggle to maintain fullness, but im also a few dress sizes smaller too an have a high metabolism.
And yes maybe many of us lucked out during puberty due to lack of supporting nutrients, our diet may have hindered things. Myself for example was a sugar addict during puberty. But how do we as girls know when we are going through the many years of puberty that we are unbalanced unless major symptons. We all accept puberty as growing and dont know to even question it! When our boobs remain small our parents arent going to rush us to a hormone specialist.
I feel you, ive asked the same questions too.
What i can say is ive seen some pretty amazing noogleberry stories, and massage stories that have helped quite significantly. One can only imagine that the process of tissue expansion is permanent after time.
And if you can mimick puberty hormones by manipulating with herbs im sure it can be done. Some of the senior members have put together some pretty good guides to try.
Im not a huge fan of herbs anymore but that's  because i trialled and error'd at my own risk and stuffed things up.

My observations are soo many young/younger girls are developing bigger breasts than when i was growing up but its due to all the hormones in food and artificial estrogens floating around. Im thinking maybe during puberty girls are more suspectable and maybe the EXTRA dose of estrogens in the enviroment is whats making this happen...

Personally i dont think genes have a huge bunch to do with whether you will succeed at NBE or not. I know siblings who look completely different to one another and completely different figures. Much like in my family. I look exactly like my female rellies but by body is soooooo different to them!

Another way to look at it IS what is considered NORMAL? If you are tall and slim naturally whats the "average" cup size she should be verses someone who is noticeably bigger? Ie should size 10 be a C cup and size 14 a D?
NO offence meant by bringing this up. I see many girls my height and awefully slim too and they are same size as me but then theres those lucky ones who are tall and slim with double D's! - i dont get it at all and the more i write and think about it i really think its all to do with what was going on at puberty for each individual..... Ie i just ate wayyyyy too much sugar and probably depleted my body of nutrients at the time to support healthy hormone levels . Maybe others were exposed to estrogen promoting stuff during puberty and that pushed them up some! So confusing. If only there were one simple answer that applied to all of us.

Although I was generally healthy all throughout puberty, I feel I could've taken advantage of it a whole lot more. I wasn't into sports until college (I'm 20 now), the HGH is still kicking but if I'd gotten into it earlier I'm sure I would've hit my maximum overall growth. Still, I wasn't as active then as I am now, so I reckon I lacked some things here and there. Small breasts pretty much run in my family on both sides so I'm lucky enough to have what I have, but I just feel they don't really fit my slim build since I'm quite tall. I just want a liiiitle bit more! BDD is a real pain in the ass.

I myself have also seen various posts on here from women claiming they grew multiple cups in as little as 3 months off herbs, then completely vanish from the forums. Then there's those who proactively updated and made significant progress but have not yet reached their goals, who also disappeared. Doesn't make sense to me that someone could be so consistent with posting then all of a sudden stop. Maybe life got in the way, maybe they gave up, maybe they kept up with their routine in real life and just abandoned the forums, but did eventually reach their goals. Who knows. I hate to think that if we're well past our puberty years then there's no more growing because of the success stories we see on here and NB forums.

Hormones can be used to grow breasts in males, so there's no reason they shouldn't work on females... Right? But it can be an extremely lethal and dangerous game to play by yourself if you have no guidance from an endocrinologist. During puberty, the growth in our breasts/mammary glands is due to estrogen and progesterone influence. So it makes sense that the artificial estrogen and BPA floating around may have contributed to their "growth", but they are also at high risks of infertility, hormone problems, as well as breast cancer. Even though estrogen does cause breasts to grow to an extent, it also grows breast cancer cells. Not only does it affect your breasts, but also your thyroid and ovaries. That's why I am not very keen on the whole "maintenance method". Making yourself estrogen dominant may result in larger breasts, but once you stop your supplement usage I feel your body will try to regulate and cleanse itself of all the estrogen, resulting in loss of size. Unless well, you've completely damaged your system and you're left with that. A lot of women on birth control get bigger, but revert back to normal after discontinuing the pill. But why are so many women diving into all these estrogenic herbs and supplements with great success and no side effects? Have the symptoms just not surfaced yet? I'm concerned they'll catch up to us later in life. It is all confusing indeed.
