Hello, i am new here. Has anyone seen results from fenugreek, wild yam, pueraria mirifica and fish oils? 
Can you suggest me how much and when should i take?

I also just joined in December last year, so I am a newbie too, it only says senior member because I don't have a life and spend most of my time here lol. But I have been reading about NBE for some time now. 

As far as I know, fenugreek is a liked ingredient in the NBE community. You should read threads in the herbal breast enhancement part. There are people using herbs and writing about their experiences, programs, progress etc. http://www.breastnexus.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=2  the link (y)

There are also various other methods like suction pumps, massage, binaural stuff...that people are using on their NBE journey. Scroll down on the main page and you will see different sections.
