New to Noogleberry, was wondering if I should buy the medium cup rings along with the breast system. Does it help any of you girls? Thanks

Yes! Totally recommend the rings. Otherwise you will get ring marks/ indentations. The rings are more comfortable and make the suction better. What size are you? I'm petite and was recommended the large 29" under bust. 33" bust

I bought the rings and tried them once. I don't really like em, I prefer to use the cups by themselves. I do have some fat I guess so the cups never dig in to my ribs.
