Hey everyone,

I took PM earlier this month but feel the 500mg was too much for me. I'd like to lower the dose, but I'm having trouble finding a good product with only 100mg. Ainterol is the brand I used for the 500mg, and it's capsules with powder. Could I maybe try buying empty pill capsules & transfer the Ainterol with it? Is there a good, non-messy method for doing this?

I would recommend Siriporn. I've been taking it for 3 months now (I'm on my 4th cycle with it) and I have seen amazing results with it in such a short amount of time. Each capsule is only 100 mg, and I take 2 (one in the morning and one in the evening). I've read some threads of women who only took 1 capsule a day and got results too (but they were a lot skinnier than I am). I only bought one bottle and because I properly cycle my herbs I still have enough for one more cycle before I need to repurchase.

As far as splitting Ainterol caps, that does sound very messy but doable. I've definitely read other threads with people who had the same idea as you, and they were able to split their caps just fine. My issue is why does Ainterol even sell caps with such high mg of PM? Is it because you need more of their product to see results? I'm not sure, but I've read a few different threads that have said that Ainterol isn't as effective and that's why you need to take more.

Thank you, I just ended up purchasing the same PM as you! Definitely don't want to deal with empty capsules and all that. And maybe Ainterol actually isn't so good, from the info you've given me. Don't know why I thought it was! lol 

One teensy issue is I just bought the Siriporn PM and it's getting sent to my old address! D: I wrote to them and I'm hoping they can correct it before it's too late.
