I'm gonna butt in because I also keep reading studies that state PM lowers red blood cells. That doesn't sound good...another reason why I think it's good to cycle phytoestrogens like PM. Do you ladies know what the possible adverse effects are from taking something that lowers red blood cell count? I read one could become anemic somewhere. Maybe you could take iron or eat extra spinach/lentils etc. to counteract.
Interesting. I’ll have to look into that! I probably should be taking iron anyway. I don’t get very much of it in my diet.
