They are great videos they are clear and simple.  I also started with these now i do a bit of everything...i think sometimes its less about technique and more about doing 'love and attention' i guess i speak from experience and say i have spent years resenting and thinking negative towards my breast and giving them little or no attention (def no positive attention). So now i focus on them and how beautiful they are how much i love them and how happy i am regardless of this journeys outcomes. This is definitely one area women need to focus on more not just breast but body in general. This postivity along with massage and any other NBE methods your comfortable with. When applying creams or in between noogling i use 'chi' and in shower with some natural soap i use firstly lympathic drainage techniques and then some other general strokes, kneading and clawing (all gentle but firm). The idea is really to increase circulation and awaken the breast. I also use binary tracks and have found one that they respond to 'breast booster frequency' AscensionArchangel KingLouie (he has two both work well) if you feel nothing you may need to do a cleanse first (he has tracks for this too).

While i cant actually tell you any exciting story about amazing growth blah blah because at the moment am finding my feet in this journey - i can tell you it starts with love and apperication. And in my short time doing all this i have atleast gain that for myself and my beautiful breast and body.
