Im getting desperate started growing properly this month but it was sudden fast growth sprut of 4cm within days and now im left with red stretch marks leading from centre of chest to left breast I don't noogle only massages and BO used search option but found nothing except butt topic.

How can I prevent more from coming? Can I fade red one away? Under fingers it feels like hole and in strong light i can clearly see long hole.

Moisturize often. Keep the skin supple. I would suggest finding a quality natural lotion without a bunch of garbage ingredients, I really like dessert essence lotions but I'm sure there are many out there. 
Put it on at the least, in the morning and before bed, and also after every shower/bath.

If the ones you got don't go away, you could look into a derma roller
