I spied on the thread for some time and decided to try it too.
In the past i had tried both fenugreek and pm and i got 2 cups only from fenugreek but nothing from pm. On the evening of December 23rd I started the first 20 grams of flaxseed. Now I take 25gr of it 2 times a day. This morning I noticed that the breasts are much fuller and rounder. I think I have a good chance. Unfortunately, I only take flaxsees powder mixed with nutella. With Yogurt or milk I risk throwing up.
I don't take soy flour, in Italy I can't find it of the same quality proposed by missmad
