I am mainly posting here just to remember the day I started the soy flour. I am only doing the soy part. I need the extra protein anyway. I am only starting with 1/4 cup a day. I mixed it into my morning green smoothie, and it completely destroyed the taste of my smoothie.
That was expected though lol. Next time I am just mixing it in water and gulping it down really quick.
I was extremely bloated after, which lasted at least half the day. There is still a little bit of bloating from it, but not too much. My stomach hurt for hours after I took it. I am hoping my body adjusts, but we will see.
