Yeah mine is toasted. But I think they are all toasted anyway, or else it wouldn't be in powder form?
Some just don't have it on the label I think.
You could ask or call the company about it.

I just checked again and my soy flour says that it was cold grinded and kept in raw form so that means there was no heating during processing. I also read online that toasted soy flour tends to taste better which explains why my bag taste has that potently strong and overwhelming awful bean taste. I think next time I'll try to find the toasted and see how much it improves the flavor.

Looking back, I definitely am amazed at my growth and sometimes I forget because it happened so slowly over the course of a couple of years so its not nearly as rapid as your results!
