So if I took MK-677, which is supposed to increase levels of IGF and HGH in the body, would I need to take anything else to cause breast growth and would it possibly trigger macromastia-type growth? Currently I'm on Bovine Ovary and Mammary Glandular as well as a BC (Femynor).

I couldn’t find the true root cause of macromastia anywhere and HGF, HGH and IGF-1 seem to be more like middle steps: macromastia causes massive amounts of all 3 in the breasts in response to a normal amount of estrogen which then causes tremendous breast growth, but taking/injecting massive amounts from an external source would be dangerous/deadly.  And mk-677 only increases IGF-1 a little.  A few forum members have tried mk-677 so you can do a search and see how it did for them.  Before that there was very little info.  But no mk-677 won’t cause macromastia and if anything maybe or maybe not helps growth alongside other nbe methods.

EDIT: I did a forum search just now out of curiosity and there’s still not a lot of info on mk-677 but it seems to have helped some women a little.  That said it’s a research chemical not an approved drug for human use.  Bodybuilder forums have way more people who have tried it without major ill effects, there’s a 1 year study showing very high safety, and theoretically long term a little higher IGF-1 has low (but some) negative effects, but who knows for sure with something unapproved.

More general nbe tips are in my signature link.  Your birth control and BO sound like mostly estrogen with a little progestin, so a little less PM would be used than what link says if you use PM at all.
