I will be starting my own program tomorrow. I will be doing the chi massage only because I don't have any oil to do deer massage. I will be massaging for 15 minutes twice a day. This time I plan on being contestant with my massage. I also made it a goal to drink water only. I will be having green tea from here and there too. I also created my own exercise program too that I hopefully I will stick too. When I do get oil I was planing to use coconut and almond oil. I will be using a lot of coconut oil because I used it before but only for my hair. Losing weight is also something I am working on too.

I believe there are people on the forum who have increased their bust size while trying to lose weight.
I take it you like jpop, hence your username. I used to like it, too. Now I like kpop.

Haha. Thank you. I love JPOP and KPOP. I listen to it everyday. I am having issues with my weight loss. I wish I had a plan. I have no clue what calories to eat or anything.

Same here, I listen to kpop pretty much every day! I love working out to it.
For your diet, have you tried looking up Youtube videos? I would focus more on healthy eating than calories.

True. I haven't looked on YouTube. Is there any videos you would recommend? Also work outs I could do at home. I try to exercise sometimes but then I also end up feeling awkward. Awesome idea to workout with Kpop music.

There are loads of videos on Youtube for diet and fitness. Just do a search. Sure. My bought me this bra from here job. It a sports bra. I find sports bra to way more comfortable then regular bras. When I measure myself without it on I'm a 32C but when I do have it on and measure I am a 32DD. Now without this bra I do sag but with it on it helps lift my bust. I was wondering If I was to lose weight while wearing this bra would my bust be a 32DD when I lose weight. I have heard of cases were people lost weight but there breast got bugger.
