Here are my favorite three threads, two are massage and the other is Vixy's plan that seemed to work well for her.

There is no magic potion and everyone's plan is different.
And most important is that its a slow process, so dont give up, establish a baseline with measurements and pics, and you'll be able to see whats really happening.
Most of the time its hard to lose weight when your doing NBE. If you have a lot of weight to lose I'd try getting there first, and then try to increase your breast size, but you can continue to do massage.
