I was wandering the WWW ths morning and came across an intersting article on Progesterone.

I'm not suggesting anyone buy the book but the story is very informative about taking or applying Progesterone.
I was surprised to learn that using these creams they loose their effectiveness. This is called "Dermal Fatigue". It seems that you fat cells get saturated with the active hormone and quit working.
Looks like taking a break from what we do on regular basis is a pretty good idea.
