Hi everyone!

I'm just recently starting my NBE journey and I am super excited!
After doing research for a year I decided to start off with a positive mindset. I am 21 years old, 5'4" (163 cm), around 128 pounds (58 kg) and currently a full B/small C. I would like to be a D cup (or bigger than a C) by next year! Currently trying to better myself and I am on the journey of self-love and acceptance as well. Starting from the inside-out, I want to feel great, look great, and have that unconditional love I deserve Here is the regimen I will (hopefully) commit to:

Morning workouts:
Yoga/meditation
Kayla Itsines bikini body guide (for arms and upper body)
Build a Better Booty program (for booty and lower body)
Going to definitely try to eat less processed/red meat and more organic fruits and vegetables

Herbal supplements:
After breakfast-Starting off with 2 capsules of Fenugreek (610 mg each capsule)
After dinner-Starting off with one capsule of Saw Palmetto (500 mg each capsule)

Massage: still trying to figure out which massage to do and how long...suggestions and advice are much appreciated

Starting measurements:

From July 15, 2016 current measurements:
Bra size: 34B/32C
Above bust: 33 inches
Bust: 34.5 inches
Under bust: 29 inches
Waist: 28
