Thanks Katana for making this thread!

When I was 18 I had done the Chi message twice a day for 1.5 months. I used Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek extract in a carrier oil (Almond oil I think), along with taking a Fenugreek supplement. I grew about 1 inch. I believe it was water retention, but it lasted for about another month after I discontinued message and supplement use. My boobs were also perkier! It just goes to show you that you can't be lazy and must commit to what's working!
